Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Seasonings & Herbs:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional for spice

Instructions
 

Season & Sear the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs, then sear each side for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Cream Sauce

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan.

Combine & Simmer

  • Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.

Serve & Garnish

  • Top with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
