Ingredients

Ingredients Needed

To make this easy air fryer shrimp recipe, you’ll need just a handful of ingredients:

  • 32 Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp

  • Start by peeling and deveining the shrimp if not already done. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Make the Spice Mixture

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried parsley, and salt. Stir well to form a seasoning mixture.

Coat the Shrimp

  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture, ensuring the shrimp are evenly coated on both sides.

Air Fry the Shrimp

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. If needed, cook in batches. Air fry for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Serve

  • Once the shrimp are cooked, serve them with fresh lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor!
