- 2 cups 480ml chicken broth
- 1 cup 240ml heavy cream (or whole milk for a lighter version)
- 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
