  • 4 oz smoked salmon chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make the Recipe

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Prepare the Sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Stir in sour cream, Parmesan, and lemon zest, then slowly add reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
  • Combine: Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, then gently fold in the smoked salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve: Plate the pasta and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh dill.
