- 1 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos Paleo alternative to soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of butter or romaine lettuce for wraps

Prepare the Ingredients:
